Privacy Policy for Sky Hopper

NoseyGames (“we”, “us”) operates the mobile game Sky Hopper (the “App”). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it’s used, and your choices.

Summary

• Sky Hopper has no user account, no login, and no in-app purchases.
• We do not directly collect your name, email, or any personal profile.
• The App shows ads via Google AdMob, which collects device/advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, as described below.
• If our Console listing declares a mixed audience, the App asks a neutral age question the first time it’s opened and adjusts the ads it requests accordingly (see “Children’s Privacy”).

Information We Collect

Directly, by us: none. Sky Hopper stores your progress (coins, unlocked skins/pets/worlds, high scores, settings, and your age-screen answer) only locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this data, and we cannot see or access it.

Via Google AdMob (our advertising partner): to show and measure ads, the Mobile Ads SDK can collect:

• Advertising ID / device identifiers
• General device information (device model, OS version, language, time zone)
• IP address (used to derive an approximate, non-precise location)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and similar ad-performance events)

AdMob may use this data to show interest-based (“personalized”) ads, unless you are shown and decline the consent form described below, or unless you are treated as a child (see “Children’s Privacy”), in which case only non-personalized, contextual ads are requested. Consent (EEA / UK users)

The first time the App is opened in the European Economic Area or the UK, it shows Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form, which lets you choose whether to allow personalized advertising. Your choice is stored on your device and can change what kind of ads (personalized vs. non-personalized) you’re shown afterward.

Children’s Privacy

Sky Hopper is a general-audience game that may also appeal to children. The first time the App is opened, it asks a neutral question (what year you were born) so it can determine whether to treat the session as a child’s:

• If you indicate you are under 13, the App requests child-directed, non-personalized, general-audience (G-rated) ads only from AdMob for that device, and does not request personalized advertising.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described above (device/advertising identifiers used solely to serve non-personalized ads).

Data Retention & Sharing

We do not sell your information. Data collected by AdMob is handled under Google’s own policies (linked above) and is used for the purposes described there (serving ads, measurement, fraud prevention). We do not share data with any other third party.

Your Choices

• Ad personalization: re-open the consent form via your device’s Google settings (Settings > Google > Ads) to change your personalized-ads choice at any time, or reset your device’s advertising ID.
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored progress and settings from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App changes. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
